Slow Cooker Fajitas

Ingredients:
1 lb. beef, pork, or chicken
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. salsa
2 T. fresh cilantro
2 T. lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. chili powder
1 t. cumin
1 t. salt
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
flour tortillas, warmed

Directions:
1. Cut meat into thin strips and place in slow cooker. Combine onion, salsa, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Pour over meat and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 5 to 6 hours. Add red bell pepper and cook 1 more hour on low. Serve wrapped in warm tortillas.
