Key Lime Cake

Ingredients:
Cake:
1 package Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
1/2 c water
1/2 c Key Lime juice or lime juice
zest of 3 key limes or 1 regular lime
1   3-oz package lime jello
1/2 c vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Frosting:
1/4 pound butter, softened
1   8-oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1   1-pound bag powdered sugar  
1-2 tablespoons milk

Directions:
1. Using an electric mixer, blend cake ingredients together until well mixed (about 3 minutes). Pour into greased 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake at 325* F. for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 
2. To make frosting, combine all ingredients and cream with electric mixer. (Add more or less milk for desired consistency.) Spread over cooled cake. Top with lime zest if desired.
